Villa Yambol products continue to win international awards. The latest good news came from the USA. On 30^th June came the official results of the 35^th edition of the San Francisco International Wine Competition. ‘Villa Yambol Mavrud 2013’ won a silver medal. This year in the competition participated 4092 wines, which is 7% more than last year. The competition was attended by manufacturers from 26 countries around the world and representatives of the 29 US states. ‘Villa Yambol Mavrud 2013’ stood out among the numerous competitors with its deep purple color and the specific for this variety powerful flavor, dominated by notes of fresh berries.

Established in 1980, San Francisco International Wine Competition is the largest and most influential wine competition in North America. The panel of judges includes internationally recognized experts in the field of wines, who placed assessment based on a blind tasting.
