Vinprom Yambol at the Wine Expo in Hong Kong

For the first time ever Bulgarian companies will participate at the Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair, which will take place from November 3 to November 5, 2011, with Vinprom Yambol among them. Within an exposition area of 90 m² in Hall 3C, Stand No. A36, with a vision emphasising the Bulgarian uniqueness, ten Bulgarian wine manufacturers will present their produce.

A number of events will take place within the expo: a wine industry conference with the participation of top experts in the field; a meeting of distinguished sommeliers and oenologists, seminars and wine tastings, a contest for best wine. Apart from high-quality wines, beer and other spirits will also be presented at the Expo, as well as various goods and services related to the beverage industry worldwide.

Hong Kong International Wine & Spirits Fair is one of the most significant promotional events for wine and alcoholic beverages in Asia, organised by the Commercial Agency for Development of Hong Kong. The Expo is deservedly recognised as a springboard for producers and distributors wishing to find a niche within this profitable and flourishing market. Hong Kong is a major centre for wine commerce, with the import of the popular drink increasing by 70% only during the last year, reaching a turnover of $780 million in 11 months of 2010. In last year's edition of the expo, there were 680 participating companies from 30 countries and the number of visitors exceeded 14 312.
